What Clatos does not promise.

A marketing site is an argument, and arguments round things off. This page is where we put the corners back on.

In short

Clatos is a tool, not an outcome. The figures on this site are illustrative, lead data comes from public sources and can be wrong, and AI output needs a human read before it goes anywhere.

The summary is here to save you time, not to replace what follows. Where the two disagree, the full text below is what governs.

§ 01

General information only

Everything on clatos.co — the copy, the demos, the calculators, the sample dashboards — is published for general information about the product. It is not a warranty, and it is not a term of any contract. The contract is the Terms & Conditions.

We try to keep it accurate and current. We don’t guarantee that every line is, and we can change the product and this site without notice.

§ 02

Not professional advice

Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, financial or compliance advice. That includes anything the product itself generates — a quote, an invoice template, a lead score, a suggested follow-up.

Whether a message you send is lawful, whether an invoice you raise is compliant, and whether a deal you close is properly documented are questions for your own advisers, who know your situation. We don’t.

§ 03

Lead data

Lead Generator compiles business records from publicly accessible sources, verifies that the phone number is live, and gives you the source link for every record. That’s a meaningful amount of checking, and it is still not a guarantee of accuracy.

  • Businesses close, move, rebrand and change numbers, and public listings lag behind reality.
  • A category from a directory may not describe what a business actually does today.
  • Verification confirms a number is live. It does not confirm it belongs to a decision-maker, or that anyone there wants to hear from you.
  • Coverage is deepest in Indian metros and tier-2 cities and thins out beyond them.

The source link is on every record because we expect you to use it. Check before you call.

§ 04

AI-generated output

Drafts, summaries and lead scores are produced by language models. They are useful, they are fast, and they are confidently wrong often enough that you should read them before they leave your workspace.

  • Treat every draft as a first draft written by a fast intern who has never met your customer.
  • A lead score is a ranking heuristic, not a fact about a business.
  • Never send an AI-drafted message containing a price, a commitment or a date without checking it.
  • You are the author of anything you send. Responsibility for it doesn’t transfer to the model.
§ 05

Results, numbers and testimonials

The customer stories, adoption figures and headline statistics on this site are there to describe the product’s scale and the kind of outcome customers have reported. They are illustrative. They are not a forecast of what you will get.

Whether Clatos produces revenue for you depends on your market, your offer, your pricing, your follow-up and how consistently you use it. Those are all yours. We make no earnings claim of any kind.

Calculator outputs — credit estimates, plan recommendations, cost comparisons — are arithmetic on the inputs you typed. They’re an estimate, not a quotation, and your invoice governs.

§ 06

Third-party platforms

Clatos connects to services we don’t control — most visibly the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is Meta’s.

  • Meta sets its own policies, pricing, template approval rules and enforcement, and can change them without telling us.
  • If Meta restricts or bans your number, we can’t reverse it and can’t refund what Meta charged you.
  • Payment gateways, email delivery and model providers each have their own terms, outages and limits.
  • Where a third party fails, we’ll tell you what we know and route around it if we can. We can’t be liable for their service.
§ 07

Availability figures

Any uptime figure shown on this site describes past performance across our infrastructure. It is not a service-level commitment. A binding uptime commitment exists only where a signed agreement gives you one, and the standard plans don’t include one.

§ 08

Pricing and product changes

Prices, plan limits, credit rates and feature lists shown here can change. The Terms explain how notice works for existing customers — in short, an increase never applies mid-term. Where this site and your invoice disagree, your invoice is right.

Screenshots and demo panels are representative of the product, and the interface moves faster than the marketing site does.

§ 10

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss arising from reliance on anything on this site, from decisions made using data or output the product produced, or from the acts of the third-party platforms above.

The overall liability cap in the Terms & Conditions applies here too. Nothing on this page limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything the law says can’t be limited.

§ 11

Contact

If something on this site looks wrong, tell us and we’ll correct it: [email protected].

Something here unclear?

A person reads [email protected], and we would rather rewrite a confusing clause than argue about it later.
